APT Jazz from 2HR Aquarist are root fertiliser capsules for planted aquariums. They consist of round baked clay pellets mixed with a blend of inorganic mineral salts and provide the plants with nutrients for 2 months.

Potassium, phosphate, nitrogen salts and chelated trace elements are integrated into the clay matrix and slowly diffuse out of the clay when immersed in water, acting directly on the roots.
